Panama: Trademark Filing Requirments

Legalized Power of Attorney;
Legalized Extract from the Company Register of applicant's home country attesting to the existence, and good standing of the corporation;
Legalized Affidavit of Trademark Ownership stating that applicant is the owner of the mark and for how long the mark has been in use.;
Priority Document to be filed along with the application or within 3 months of the application date, if Convention Priority is claimed.
